San Sebastián (2011) is Fernando Milagros' masterpiece and the album where the Chilean musician definitively established his sound and aesthetic. Produced by Cristián Heyne and recorded at Estudios Triana, the album defined what Milagros called "science fiction folk": cozy and vibrant songs like Piedra Angular and Angelito, with the participation of Spanish artist Christina Rosenvinge on Carnaval and Nahual. According to journalist Marisol García, "San Sebastián was a milestone of change, and one of no return: finally, Fernando Milagros welcomed into his songs colors, evocations, and sounds that alluded to an inescapably unique voice." This 15th-anniversary reissue comes on brown vinyl and was released on August 15, 2026, as part of Vinyl Day.
