In the year 2000, as a gift from my parents, I received my first CD.
A Christmas present, compact and small, with a white cover, some cartoons with a greenish color palette, and red graffiti that indicated the name of the band and contrasted radically with all the other elements. The self-titled Gorillaz:
Marveling (and terrified) by the drawings, the music videos, and the catchy melodies, that event marked the beginning of a closeness to music and the physical format. How many of us haven't heard stories from our parents, relatives, or friends about a time when "Long Plays" were all the rage along with 45rpm singles, or when the portability of the cassette amazed parties, or, closer to our time, when "discmans" became our companions along with the precise selection we had on original, pirated, or MP3 CDs.
The coming years, along with the Internet, provided a window to an endless array of sounds, both to remember those sounds one heard as a child, to verify names and songs, and also to access a new and musically diverse world.
Youthful and music-loving anxiety compelled one to listen more, know more, and also to "touch" the music again. In my house, we had cassettes and CDs; never vinyl. Therefore, with my first paychecks, buying a turntable was something obvious and inevitable.
I had to inaugurate the new purchase with a gem loved for years that I had viciously listened to on loop for months. I show you this because that is how Thrills begins; with the chameleon himself.
For the past 3 years, we at Thrills have been in charge of bringing different vinyls and CDs, from various genres and from different latitudes; New releases, classics, special editions, rarities. Our goal has always been (and always will be) to bring music in physical format closer to all those with whom we share this taste and obsession. Because at the end of the day, behind every piece of prose written, every poetic lyric, and every note executed, precisely or not, we find a reflection of our lives, our memories, and our passions. And how beautiful it is to find places where we can share that. I hope Thrills is this (and hopefully more) for you.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • Simply add the products you want to your cart and then follow the steps. Remember that we have vinyls and CDs in stock, available to order, and on pre-sale. Once you have the products in your cart, you will access the payment screen, where you can choose from the different payment and shipping methods.
  • In-stock vinyls and CDs are those we have available at our offices ready to ship. They are usually dispatched within a maximum of 1 to 2 business days.
    By request, are those that we must acquire from our suppliers.
    On Pre-order, are those products that are about to be released. For example, if a vinyl has a release date of November 1st, 2026, we will begin managing the process to bring them in starting on that date.
  • For made-to-order and pre-order products, simply check the product page, where the tracklist will appear along with the phrase "THIS PRODUCT IS MADE-TO-ORDER - DELIVERY WITHIN 10 TO 15 BUSINESS DAYS" or "PRE-ORDER - DELIVERY AND SHIPPING FROM _______"
    For products in stock, it will state "IN STOCK". You can also look for the "Vinyls -> In Stock" or "CDs -> In Stock" section in the menu to access all available titles.
  • A made-to-order product takes between 10 to 15 business days to arrive. Afterward, we ship it out in 1 to 2 business days, depending on the chosen transport method.
    The arrival of a pre-order product always depends on the release date. From the release date, the 10 to 15 business days for us to receive the product begin to count. Afterward, we ship it out in 1 to 2 business days depending on the transport chosen.
  • You can make payments with debit and credit cards via Ventipay, Flow, and Mercado Pago.
    With Ventipay, you can pay in up to 3 interest-free installments with debit, and with Flow and Mercado Pago, you can pay in up to 3 interest-free installments with credit.
    You can also pay via bank transfer/deposit.
  • We ship throughout Chile via Blue Express and offer collect-on-delivery shipping via Starken.

    For the RM, V, and VI Regions, we also offer the courier Paket, which we recommend over standard shipping methods due to its personalization and low cost.
    We can also deliver in person at Metro Valparaíso stations in the V Region, with La Concepción, Viña del Mar, or Puerto being the stations where we usually coordinate with clients.
  • If the product is already at our office, it takes us between 1 and 2 business days to ship.
    Courier delivery times vary between 1 to 5 business days depending on the recipient's location.
  • You just need to write to our social media, either on Instagram or to our email contacto@thrillscl.com, sending as much information as possible, and we will look for a solution.
    PS: After-sales cases take us up to 5 business days to review and respond.
  • All our products are original and imported. We do not sell copies or bootlegs.
  • We will manage products that are on order and set aside units that are in stock.
    In the event of purchasing a product on order and on pre-sale, the ordered product will be brought in and held for shipment until the pre-sale product arrives.
    In both cases, if you need to make partial shipments of the titles, you only need to contact our email at contacto@thrillscl.com, indicating the order number and the request for partial shipment. Please note that if a shipping fee has already been paid, the costs for the second shipment would need to be added.
  • For made-to-order vinyl, we update our suppliers' stock daily, so there are times when titles sell out and are later restocked.
  • Yes! We can check if it is possible to bring it in from our suppliers. To do so, you just need to write to us on our social media or email, and you can even fill out the following Special Orders form and we will get back to you shortly (Emails are answered within 24 to 48 hours)
