In Utero is the third and final studio album by Nirvana, released in 1993 by DGC Records following the massive success of Nevermind. The band sought a rawer sound with producer Steve Albini and recorded the album in less than two weeks; the Geffen label requested a remix of some songs before its release, although tracks like 'Milk It' and 'Scentless Apprentice' maintained the original harsh character. The album also includes 'Heart-Shaped Box' and 'All Apologies'.
